How to make a ‘troubled’ pastor ‘relatable’ in a time of crisis

MSNBC’s “The Daily Show” correspondent John Oliver discussed a new book on pastor-driven conversion in the wake of the deadly Charleston church shooting.

Oliver said pastors who try to use the Bible as a tool to convince people to change their views are often not only making the situation worse, they’re also failing their own people.

“This book is called ‘How to Make a Troubled Pastor Relatable in a Time of Crisis,'” Oliver said during a panel discussion.

“And it’s about the pastor-led conversion of people.

And this is the book I recommend.

It’s called ‘Relate: How to Make Someone Your New God.'”

The book is titled ‘How a Pastor’s Pastor Changes Your Life.’

And this author of this book, John Hagee, who I know well, is a pastor himself, and he has this book in his library, and so he has the book on his shelf and it’s full of stories of people that have been led into the arms of God and become his disciples.

And one of the stories in the book is this pastor who, as he was speaking to people in his parish, was making them change their mind.

And he’s not a pastor, he’s a pastor who was teaching people that they could be their god.

And the pastor tells them they can have their god, that they can change their minds, and that’s when they say, ‘Yes, I can change my mind and I can have this God that I love.’

“Hagee told Oliver that one of his clients, a former pastor who is now a pastor in another church, changed his mind about Christianity.”

Oliver said the problem with Hageed’s conversion story is that the pastor made no effort to learn about Christianity and the Bible.””

He’s not sure he can love his god.”

Oliver said the problem with Hageed’s conversion story is that the pastor made no effort to learn about Christianity and the Bible.

“It’s not as if he’s been taught about the Bible,” Oliver said.

“So, there’s a problem.

He’s not been told the truth.

He hasn’t been taught the Bible and he’s changed his view of his god and changed his understanding of his relationship with God.”

Olson said the only way Hageeds conversion story could be useful to a person who has been led to believe they are their god is if they could learn more about the bible.

“That’s a good thing,” Oliver added.

“I mean, I think that’s a real thing that you need to know about the gospel.

But I think there’s one other thing that the book talks about, which is what happens when you go from being a Christian to being a believer.

And I don’t think anybody ever wants to be a believer, because there’s so much wrong with Christianity.

But they can be converted.”
